Shawn joins BLBB in 2026 with more than 26 years of experience across wealth management, multi-family office services, and trust company leadership. For more than 17 of those years, he has led organizations through periods of growth, with a steady focus on operational excellence and results that last. He is known for building strategies that create meaningful value for clients, strengthening how a firm operates and supports profitable growth over time. Just as important to Shawn is the culture behind the work. He builds collaborative, high-performing teams, welcomes new ideas, and invests in lasting relationships with colleagues and partners so families have the thoughtful solutions they need to pursue their goals across generations.

Prior to joining BLBB, Shawn held executive-level positions with Charter Homes & Neighborhoods, Sageworth Trust Company, Vanguard, and Morgan Stanley. Shawn also joins our roster of military veterans – Aircraft Maintenance Sergeant, United States Air Force.
