BLBB Charitable Senior Leaders Peer Learning Circle: Celebrating Two Years of Impact & Insight

We are so proud of this group - they are making their professional development a priority by participating in BLBB Charitable's Senior Leaders Peer Learning Circle (for the second year). Last year, BLBB Charitable piloted two peer learning circles facilitated by an external philanthropic consultant. There was a group for executive directors/CEOs of nonprofit organizations and a group for senior leaders. The participants met several times throughout the year to share information, learn from each other, and network. The senior leaders group was so successful, and the group bonded during their time together, that all participants asked if they could continue to learn from each other about their nonprofit leadership journeys and continue in 2025. BLBB Charitable agreed to provide the consultant and the space for them to do so.
