In most cases, no. BLBB Charitable requires that applicants have already received their 501 c 3 designation and have filed at least one 990 (the 990 EZ is acceptable) before submitting an LOI.

How large are BLBB Charitable’s grants?

Does BLBB Charitable offer multi-year funding?

BLBB Charitable will consider requests for multi-year support, especially in the case of capacity-building projects that might require a longer duration to realize impact.

Does BLBB Charitable have a geographic giving area?

BLBB Charitable gives priority to organizations that serve the Greater Philadelphia region, specifically northeastern Montgomery County and lower Bucks County, where its employees and clients reside. In certain circumstances, it will consider projects outside this geographic area.
