Prior to her tenure at BLBB, she held the position of Retirement Plan Service Coordinator at Gwynedd Company. Her extensive proficiency in 401(k) plans encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including daily processing, record keeping, compliance testing (ADP/ACP), and strategic plan design.

Lisa's professional journey also encompasses diverse roles within Human Resources Departments, with a focus on employee benefits. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lisa maintains an active lifestyle, dedicating her spare time to competitive running. She consistently participates in local races and has achieved notable milestones, including completing three Broad Street Runs. Furthermore, she showcased her athletic prowess by engaging in challenging events such as the AC Sprint Triathlon in 2020 and a Triathlon featuring a rigorous combination of a 1-mile kayak, 12-mile trail bike ride, and 5K run in 2023.

Lisa finds fulfillment in her personal life as well with her husband and two grown children.
