Robb J. Parlanti, CFA
Robb has over 27 years of broad-based investment industry experience, including time spent as a portfolio manager, an equity and fixed income analyst, and a bank trust officer. Robb’s breadth of experience is dedicated to working with individuals, families, and institutional clients to identify their financial goals, develop investment strategies, and construct diversified portfolios to help achieve those goals. Robb’s experience in security analysis and portfolio construction is complemented by his ability to build longstanding client/advisor relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Prior to joining Burke Lawton Brewer & Burke as a Portfolio Manager, Robb spent 19 years at Turner Investments as a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager. While at Turner, he actively managed U.S. large cap equity portfolios and led the Cyclical Sector Team covering the energy, materials & processing, and utility sectors. Prior to his tenure at Turner Investments, he was Assistant Vice President and Equity/ Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at PNC Bank in Philadelphia, PA.
Robb is a 1987 graduate of Wake Forest University’s School of Business and Accountancy with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at Wake Forest, Robb was involved with student government, WAKE campus radio station, and a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
He is a charterholder in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
Outside of work, Robb is a member of his church’s finance committee and serves as Vice-Chairperson on the Board of ALPHA Mid Atlantic, a faith-based not-for-profit organization. He also currently serves on the Investment Committee for Overbrook School for the Blind. Robb lives with his family in Collegeville, PA and spends time with them enjoying golfing, skiing, and hiking.
