John helps families, foundations, and non-profit organizations grow, protect, and manage their assets. He specializes in helping his clients develop and implement creative investment management strategies and innovative solutions for their financial concerns and challenges. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, John understands well that each client is different and has their own set of priorities, circumstances, and goals that often change with the passage of time. Accordingly, John custom-tailors his approach to one that best suits each client’s specific needs.

John is passionate about helping clients successfully and seamlessly manage financial transitions throughout the course of their lives. He places special emphasis on working with clients as they begin to plan for, and move into, retirement.

John also focuses on assisting non profit organizations through financial turning points. Recently, John, as the financial advisor for a medium-sized non-profit, helped facilitate that entity’s merger into a much larger non-profit organization. The end result was a more efficient and effective non-profit that is now far better equipped to be of service to the community.

John’s compassionate spirit is evident not only in the manner in which he serves as a financial advisor to a number of non-profits and charitable foundations but also in the way he volunteers his time to these types of organizations. John is a member of the Board of Trustees for Williamson College of the Trades where he chairs its Investment Committee, Trustee for Phoebe Ministries and he serves on the Board of Trustees for Camp Tecumseh. For the past 25 years, he has been the Chairperson of the Endowment Committee for the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill. John is also a Trustee of BLBB Charitable.

Prior to joining BLBB Advisors, John was an officer in the United States Army Corp of Engineers and spent the majority of his tour in Germany. John is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering. While at Bucknell, John was a four-year member of the wrestling team, member of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and an Army ROTC officer.

In his free time, John enjoys golf, tennis, paddle tennis, and skiing with his family.
